5. Phone Number Collection & TCPA Disclosures

When you provide your phone number through our Benefit Checker or any other form on our website and check the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to the following:

  • Telephone Calls: You consent to receive telephone calls from SeniorPop and our network of licensed insurance agents, including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or prerecorded/artificial voice messages, at the phone number you provide.
  • SMS/Text Messages: You consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from SeniorPop at the phone number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Purpose: These calls and texts are for the purpose of connecting you with licensed Medicare advisors who can provide information about Medicare plans and benefits available in your area.
  • Not a Condition of Purchase: Your consent to receive these calls and texts is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Revocation: You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, calling (800) 555-0199, or emailing Jackie@seniorpop.com. We honor opt-out requests received through any reasonable method, in compliance with FCC regulations effective April 2025.

6. SMS/Text Message Program

If you opt in to our SMS program, the following applies:

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a confirmation message.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (800) 555-0199 or Jackie@seniorpop.com.
  • Sharing: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used by SeniorPop only and will not be shared with any third parties (including licensed insurance agents and marketing partners). We do not sell your phone number to anyone.
  • Record Retention: We retain records of your consent (including timestamp, IP address, and the form you submitted) for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with TCPA requirements.

All above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
